Valier's Lake Frances is a fun place to recreate. Offering 2 separate boat docks, a well kept camping area, world class Walleye, Northern Pike and Perch fishing, Lake Frances is ideal for fishermen year round. In winter, the lake is a haven for ice fishermen and snowmobilers.
Water sports abound. Kayaking, Water Skiing, Knee Boarding, Tubing, Sail Boarding, Jet Skiing and Swimming can all be enjoyed at Lake Frances.
Take a leisurely walk or bike the area enjoying breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountain Front.
Valier is on the quickest route to Glacier National Park! Camp and stay at lovely Lake Frances while you explore the diverse landscapes and history of this unique region!
There are 50 campsites with electrical hookups. Fees for these sites are $24 per night. Campsites are equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. Primitive campsites are $12 per night. Public restrooms and a playground for the kids make this a family friendly location. There is a fish cleaning station located on the east end of the campgrounds next to the Fireman's Pavilion.
